NEVADA HIGH SCHOOL PROFICIENCY TEST

MASTERSCORE, a generic Windows program that combines a database with test scanning, scoring and reporting capabilities, was customized as NHSPESCORE for use by the Nevada Department of Education for its Nevada High School Proficiency Test (NHSPE). This mandated high stakes instrument, administered statewide, measures proficiency levels in reading, mathematics and writing, and contains selected response and performance assessment items. NHSPESCORE also allows user input for multiple forms, objectives and ability levels.

SCANNING AND SCORING SERVICE

For districts choosing to outsource any part of their in-house test scoring system, MCS provides scanning and scoring services for all instruments scored with TestMate or MCS stand-alone software.
